If you want to try raw egg yolk differently, you can spread it on your salad too. Do not start taking egg yolk immediately in large quantities but adjust to it as an addition to your diet slowly. However, a vegetarian diet full of salads, vegetables, juices etc is far helpful in keeping your colon healthy.

*Oils such as those of coconut, olive and cod are also known as good colon-cleansing agents. Do not worry about the increase in fat level in your body with these oils because they help control the toxin levels and maintain the hormonal balance in your body.

*Try to add yeast flakes to your diet as it is a very nutritious food. It contains important minerals and vitamins like those of the B group. Yeast flakes are great for cleansing the digestive system and ideal for people who do not take egg yolk.

* It is seen that during the process of colon cleansing, exercise, medication or diet make you feel tired and sluggish. In that case, Vitamin-C supplements or foods rich in this vitamin is really very effective in boosting energy. However, you must consult your doctor before taking any vitamin supplement.

*Always ensure that your diet consists primarily of vegetable, seeds and beans because all these food items are rich in minerals and fiber that is soluble in water and prevents constipation. As green foods contain a lot of chlorophyll, they help in healing the damage to digestive tissues. People who drink lots of water are not prone to constipation as compared to those who take little water on a daily basis. So, drink lots of water to prevent your body from accumulating toxins.

*Try to avoid tea, coffee, pasteurized milk and smoking because they only reduces the immunity of your body.

Eating healthy, following an exercise regime and keeping away from stress will help you build a strong body and boost your immunity. You may not need a colon cleansing product if you follow a good daily regimen of proper diet.

Nutrient and Diet Tips For Vegetarians

Vegetarianism is growing in popularity though it is nothing new in many cultures. Due to high demand nowadays, vegetarian meals have developed to be more tasty and healthy. There are 3 types of vegetarian. The first category does not eat poultry, fish or meat. This is the largest group of vegetarian. Another category is called vegan. Vegans are more strict as they do not eat any products from animal includes eggs and milk. The third category of vegetarian avoids red meat but they do eat fish and poultry.

Many people nowadays believe that vegetarian practice healthier lifestyle. It is essential for vegetarians and vegans to ensure that they are getting necessary nutrients for their bodies though. The most common diet issue with vegetarian is protein. Our body needs protein to remain healthy and protein is very important nutrients for growth. As we know, meats are excellent sources of protein. Vegetarian foods like fruits, vegetables grains and legumes are also source of protein. However, most plant proteins are not complete proteins. These proteins do not contain all the necessary amino acids to produce the protein blocks.

In order to maintain healthy diet for complete proteins, vegetarians and vegans can consider soybeans or soybean products. Tofu, soy milks are popular source of complete protein for vegetarians. Another alternative for vegetarians is to plan their daily diet to make sure they have certain combinations of other foods. With the proper diet, different foods combinations can supply us complete proteins. For example, rice and lentils, corn tortillas and beans, peanut butter and wheat bread are good combinations.

Another nutrient that is hard to find in meatless diet is calcium. It is essential nutrient for healthy bones, joints and teeth. Calcium is mainly found in animal products. Instead, vegetarian can find the replacement in while grains, nuts and legumes. Dark vegetables like broccoli and kale are also good sources of calcium for vegans.

In fact diet is not really an issue for vegetarians or vegan. Whether are you vegetarians or not, everybody must ensure their diet is balanced. A balanced diet for vegetarian consists of fruits, vegetables and grains. With these combinations, vegetarians will get enough vitamins and minerals without adding much fat and cholesterol.

The 1,200 Calorie Diet - Fast Weight Loss For Women

1. Don’t drink your calories. High calorie drinks can totally ruin your diet - even if it’s healthy, like juice, it is high in calories.

2. This works best when mixed with at least 3 days of workouts. (2 days of aerobic, and 1 day of weights)

3. Stay hydrated! It takes up to 2 days to get re-hydrated once dehydrated.

4. If you eat veggies and fresh fruit, along with lean protein for every meal, you should easily stay near 1,200 calories.

5. Condiments, nuts, and oils (even cooking oils) are super high in calories. Use a non-stick cooking spray until you reach your desired weight.

I know this diet will help you lose weight as fast as possible. You can expect to lose any where from 3-7 pounds or more every week when combined with some physical activity. The 1200 calorie diet is by far the fastest weight loss diet for women there is.
