1-Apple contains Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps greatly your immune system. A lot of people who lack Vitamin C in their diet have poor healing, bruise easily and have bleeding gums.

9-They taste great! And not only that, they also come in many flavors and colors. Not in a mood for a green apple? Why not get a red one, or a macintosh! Their taste can vary greatly, but still give you all the apple benefits. Variety is an important element to maintaining your health.

Is a Lap Band Diet Something to Have Without the Treatment?

In case you have not noticed, surgical options for weight loss such as lap band are fast becoming very popular not only among celebrities but also among regular people. This is because lap band in particular is not only inexpensive but fairly quick to have done. And of course, there is a lap band diet to go along with. However, you need to make sure that you understand that ultimately with respect to the diet is something that you will have to do you doing in order to see the weight loss goals come to fruition. However, you may be wondering whether or not this is something you can do without having the device.

One thing to consider is that the first week or so after your procedure, you will be on a liquid based diet. True you will have all of the nutrients that you need, however is quite a shock to the system to go from solid foods to liquid for a week. And after that, you need to make sure that your meals are structure and have all the required nutrients are smaller as well to give yourself time to adjust and that you religiously stick to the schedule that has been created for you. Something to think about here is that although you can do exactly this without having the full device, the question is, would you want to?

Consider for a moment that ultimately if you have the discipline to change your diet that the liquid portion of the lap band diet may not be necessary for you to pursue. Of course, if you feel that you can stick to the plan that you create then there is certainly nothing stopping you from going on the diet without having the device. It is simply case of how much you are willing to sacrifice to reach your weight loss goals.
